HUAS Construction bases fee structures on standard industry rates. All fees are subject to quotation and negotiated in relation to project size. The below fee structures are guidelines only. Excluding VAT.

All fees are based on:

“Construction Value” = Total Building Works + External Works + Budgetary Allowances + Preliminary & General + Contingencies + Escalation

Principle Architect: 7.5%

Principle Project Manager: 4.5%

Principle Quantity Surveyor: 4.5%

Construction Management Team: 4%

Administration Cost: 3%

Engineering (Based on contribution of structural value): 9.5% (Subject to discipline)

Town Planning (Based on set fee structure per site): Stage 1: Project Identification R10′000. Stage 2: Project Inception between R5′000 and R20′000. Stage 3: Zoning Process between R10′000 and R50′000. (Excluding submission fees. EIA Process and any appeal).
