TENDER PROCESSING


The HAUS Construction team, together with the appointed Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager engage in a rigorous tender process with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure our client receives the best market price available.

Architectural plans, engineering information, schedules and bill of materials are submitted to a host of reputable building contractors, specialized contractors and subcontractors for costing.

Once quotations and costings are received, 3 contractors per category are moved into a short-list and are given the opportunity to enter into a second round of costing which will determine the final group of contractors who will be appointed to the project.

This uncompromising process is vital to saving our client money and receiving the best available product for the best market related price.
